Saint Anselm College

Robert Nigro '74 was inducted into the 1985 Hall of Fame class. The first ice hockey defensemen at Saint Anselm to be selected to the Hall of Fame, Nigro excelled on the Hawks ice hockey team which made two appearances in the ECAC Division II postseason tournament and compiled a 51-32 record during his four years at the Hilltop.

From his blueline spot, Nigro managed to score six goals with 16 assists which ranked him among the college's top-five all-time scorers at the time of induction.
