Athletics Hall of Fame
Myles Dorch '64, a member of the 1984 Hall of Fame class, was a standout member of the men's basketball team. A guard, Dorch earned a spot on the all-time scoring list with 1,158 points, and at the time of induction, he was the second all-time rebounder with 915 for an average of 11 per game.
Over the course of Dorch's basketball career, the team collected a 60-22 record. At the conclusion of his sophomore regular season, the Hawks appeared in the NCAA Division II Regional. His junior year, Dorch was named All-New England. A captain of the 1963-64 team, he finished his career as a Catholic College All-American.
He remains one of only three student-athletes in team history to lead the Hawks in rebounding for four consecutive seasons.
