Lauren (Glancy) PattersonĀ '07 had a standout career for the Hawks women's lacrosse team, earning NE10 All-Conference recognition three out of her four seasons on the Hilltop. A four-year starter, Glancy posted 178 goals and 65 assists for 243 points (178-65=243) and was the first-ever Hawks student-athlete to crack 200 career points of offense.

The program's first-ever NE10 Freshman of the Year, Glancy posted 56 goals and 20 assists in 14 games as a first-year student-athlete, earning First Team All-NE10 and Second Team All-North Region honors from the IWLCA that same season. To this day, Glancy remains the team's all-time leader in assists (65)

Glancy scored a career-high seven goals on four separate occasions and would later serve as a team captain during her senior season. After bursting onto the scene in 2004, the Hawks would improve their win total in her final two seasons with the program, equaling a program record with eight victories in 2007.
