Don Healy '60 was chosen as a "Special Recognition" selection for the Athletics Hall of Fame. A Manchester, N.H. native, Healy was employed by Saint Anselm for forty years and was named Director of Admission in 1967. An enthusiastic supporter of the College's athletic programs, he spent his early years on the Hilltop as an assistant basketball and tennis coach.

Healy, a three-year member of the Hawks men's basketball team who later served as a team captain, assisted with the addition and expansion of women's varsity sports. Furthermore, his support of intercollegiate athletics was instrumental in the revival of football after a 58-year hiatus. Prior to his stint on the Hilltop, he served in the United States Army and later taught at Manchester Central High School.
