NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Following a pair of four-point performances, Kendall Herrick of the No. 21 Saint Anselm College women's lacrosse was named the Rookie of the Week by the Northeast 10 Conference of the third time in her freshman campaign.
In Tuesday's 16-12 loss to No. 13 Adelphi University, Herrick posted a career-high four goals to go along with one ground ball pickup.
In Saturday's 19-9 rout of non-conference opponent D'Youville University, the Medfield, Mass. native scored three goals and tacked on one assist, one ground ball, and one draw control.
Herrick and the Hawks (7-4, 2-2 NE10) return to NE10 play on Wednesday, April 8 in a Queen City matchup against Southern New Hampshire University (5-6, 2-3 NE10). The opening draw is slated for 7 p.m. at Mark A. Ouellette Stadium.
