CONCORD, N.H. — The Saint Anselm College men's golf team played in its final round of golf for the 2025-26 season, competing in the second round of the Penmen Season Finale at Beaver Meadow Golf Course on Saturday.
Twelve teams competed on the par-72, 6,364-yard course, with the Hawks finishing in eighth place after 36 holes, combining to shoot a 595 (+19). Adelphi won the event as the Panthers finished 28 strokes under par after two rounds, followed by Bentley at -6 and Post at -1. Dominican (N.Y.) placed fourth at +8, and Southern New Hampshire came in fifth at +11.
Adelphi's Mitchell Archer shot rounds of 68 (-4) and 67 (-5), finishing -9 to win the two-day tournament.
How it Happened:
- Junior Brady Warren shot a 75 (+3), highlighted by three birdies on Saturday, to finish one under par for the weekend, placing 10th.
- Sophomore Brandon Vitarisi placed 20th, shooting a 76 (+4) in the second round to finish +2.
- Sophomore Nick Nowak and Jack Murray shot a 78 (+6) and 80 (+8) in the final round, finishing in 28th and 61st place as Nowak finished at +4 while Murray finished +14. Nowak eagled the par-5, 492-yard fourth hole on Saturday.
