MANSFIELD, MASS. - Freshman Katie Cullen (Uxbridge, Mass.) of the Saint Anselm College women's golf team has been named the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league on Wednesday. 

Cullen made her collegiate debut for the Hawks on Saturday, Sept. 9 at the Keene State Invitational. She earned the low round of the day carding an 80 for the Hawks to help the team secure the win over the Owls. This marks the first NE10 weekly award for the freshman in her career, the second-ever Rookie of the Week honor in the program's history. 

Saint Anselm returns to the course on Sept. 18-19 at the Franklin Pierce Invitational in Westminster, Mass.
