MANCHESTER, N.H. – Eleven student-athletes from six Saint Anselm College programs have earned spots on the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® At-Large Team, the organization announced Tuesday.
The CSC Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large Teams recognize outstanding student-athletes for excellence both in competition and in the classroom. The Academic All-America® program further honors top at-large student-athletes across five divisions: NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and the College Division.
Representing the Hawks on the women's at-large team are sophomore Ashlee Hess (women's bowling), sophomores Meghan Carey and Leila Härtel (field hockey), sophomore Eden Granley (women's ice hockey), and senior Kate Collins (women's lacrosse).
On the men's side, five members of the men's ice hockey team received recognition: junior Cam Collins, sophomore Hunter Hoffman, senior Luke Linart, sophomore Brendan Manning, and sophomore Justin Tremblay. Sophomore Eddie O'Brien of the men's lacrosse team also earned Academic All-District® honors.
Of Saint Anselm's 11 selections, Collins was chosen to advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot and will be considered for national Academic All-America® recognition, with those honors set to be announced later this summer.
About College Sports Communicators
College Sports Communicators (CSC) was founded in 1957 and is a 3,200+ member national association for strategic, creative, and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the United States and Canada. The current name of the organization was adopted following a member-wide vote on Aug. 31, 2022.
From its founding in 1957 until the 2022 name change, the organization was known as the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
The name change signaled a major step in a larger strategic plan to highlight the association's evolution and expansion. The move better aligns with the association's membership makeup and further positions the organization to support and advocate for its members who serve in the communications, digital, and creative sports industry, regardless of position or title.
The organization, which celebrated its 65th year during the 2021-22 academic year, is the second-oldest management association in all intercollegiate athletics. College Sports Communicators became an affiliated partner with NACDA (National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics) in December 2008.
