MANCHESTER, N.H. – Saint Anselm College Director of Athletics Phil Rowe announced a series of promotions within the Department of Athletics that recognize the leadership, service, and impact of several longtime members of the Hawks administrative and coaching staff.
Sagemarie George has been promoted to Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Team Logistics. Since joining Saint Anselm in 2017, George has overseen the department's NCAA compliance efforts while managing eligibility certification, financial aid administration, and travel coordination for the College's 23 varsity programs. She also serves as the department's sport administrator for several programs and represents Saint Anselm on both conference and national committees.
Carolyn King-Robitaille has been elevated to Associate Athletic Director for Academic Success while continuing her role as head coach of the nationally-ranked Saint Anselm field hockey program. In addition to guiding the Hawks to sustained success on the field, King-Robitaille oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing the academic experience and support systems available to Saint Anselm student-athletes.
Joe Adam has been promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Leadership Development in addition to his responsibilities as head football coach, offensive coordinator, and quarterbacks coach. Adam's expanded role reflects his commitment to fostering leadership growth, professional development, and mentorship opportunities for Saint Anselm student-athletes and staff members across all sports.
Courtney Palardy has been promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations after playing an integral role in the day-to-day administration of the department. In her current position, Palardy oversees budgeting, purchasing, and financial operations while helping coordinate the logistical needs of Saint Anselm's 23 varsity programs.
"These promotions recognize the outstanding work, dedication, and leadership that Sagemarie, Carolyn, Joe, and Courtney have demonstrated throughout their time at Saint Anselm," said Rowe. "Their contributions extend well beyond their individual areas of responsibility and have played a significant role in the continued growth and success of our department. We are excited to recognize their efforts with these well-deserved promotions."
Together, the four administrators oversee critical areas of Saint Anselm Athletics operations, including compliance, academic success, leadership development, business operations, and student-athlete support, helping position the department for continued success both competitively and administratively.
