NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass.  – Senior Tatum Forbes of the Saint Anselm College women's basketball team became the fifth Hawk to win the Northeast 10 Conference's top honor, being named Player of the Year, the league announced on Wednesday.

Forbes follows in the footsteps of last year's NE10 Player of the Year and former teammate, Melanie Hoyt '25, as the Hawks tout the league's highest honor in back-to-back seasons. This is the second time Saint Anselm has had two different Hawks win back-to-back Player of the Year awards: Shannon Ryan '20 and Peyton Steinman '22. No award was given in 2021.

Forbes led the Northeast 10 in scoring and assists, averaging 18.3 points and 5.1 assists per game. She also ranked fourth in minutes at 34.2 per game, seventh in rebounding at 7.1 per contest, and eighth in free throw percentage, shooting 71.3% from the line.

The senior from Pawtucket, Rhode Island, started all 23 games for Saint Anselm this season, scoring in double-figures in all but two games. Forbes posted three double-doubles and surpassed 20+ points in 13 games. She closed out the season with seven straight games of at least 20 points, tallying 30 points in two of those games.

Forbes was also selected to the NE10's All-Conference First Team for the second year in a row, adding to her All-Conference Third Team selection from 2023-24. Forbes closed out her career on the Hilltop with 1,359 career points, ranking 11th all-time at Saint Anselm. Forbes' assist average of 5.1 per game this season is the 10th best mark in program history for a single-season.

Junior Elise MacNair was selected to the Northeast 10's All-Conference Third Team, her first career All-Conference nod. MacNair led the NE10 in minutes per game at 35.9, starting all 16 games she appeared in this season.

MacNair was second on the team in scoring, averaging 13.0 points per contest, the 11th-best mark in the NE10. She also ranked second on the team in field goal and three-point percentage, finishing the year shooting 44.3% from the floor and 36.5% from deep. MacNair was third on the team in rebounding, averaging 5.3 boards per game.

MacNair scored in double-figures in 10 games, tallied 20+ points three times, and recorded one double-double. The junior from Old Orchard Beach, Maine, had 14 steals and 10 blocks, the third-most steals and tied for the second-most blocked shots on the squad.
