COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Millie Forster, a senior back on the nationally-ranked Saint Anselm College field hockey team, was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-American First Team following a stellar senior season, which saw the Hawks earn their first Northeast 10 Conference Championship since 2023.

After being named to the NFHCA Division II Preseason Watchlist, the Cheshire, England native has racked up an impressive list of postseason accolades in 2025, including her first career All-America selection.

Forster started in all 22 games for the Hawks as a senior back and helped limit opponents to 1.05 goals per game, while also adding five goals and two assists on the offensive end as the Hawks soared to their third NE10 Championship victory and their 11th all-time NCAA Championship appearance. Throughout the season, Forster earned two NE10 Defensive Player of the Week awards as the Hawks recorded nine shutouts.

Due to her success on the field, Forster was named the NE10's Defensive Player of the Year, becoming the fifth to earn this award in program history, while earning a spot on the All-Conference First Team. She was then honored as a First Team All-East Region selection as one of five Saint Anselm student-athletes earning regional accolades.

Forster was also named to the NFHCA Division II Senior Team along with classmate Maggie Burchill, which recognized 36 student-athletes from across Division II who will leave a lasting impact within their respective programs.

Forster is one of 32 Division II student-athletes selected by NFHCA member coaches to the All-America teams as one of eight from the NE10 honored. She became the 21st NFHCA All-American in program history and 10th Hawk to be selected to the First Team.
