CONCORD, N.H. – The Saint Anselm College men's golf team finished with a 368 (+8) after round two of the 2024 Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) Spring Invitational held at the Beaver Meadow Golf Club to secure second place in the tournament out of 10 teams.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Senior Robbie Forti (Danvers, Mass.) led the Hawks on the final day of the invite after finishing one-under 71 in the second round, the same as he shot during the first round. Forti secured a third-place finish on the individual leaderboard with a two-under 142 after 36 holes.
•  Junior Michael Papamechail (Danvers, Mass.) carded a one-over 73 in the second round for Saint Anselm to tie for fourth place with a one-under 143. 
• Wrapping up the tournament with an even-par was fifth-year Lucas Dascoli (Everett, Mass.), good for a seventh-place finish and shooting a four-over 76 in round two. 
• Freshman Brady Warren (Lynn, Mass.) cracked the top 10 of the individual leaderboard after tying for ninth place with a two-over 146. 
• Rounding out for the Hawks was senior Trevor Janis (Burlington, Mass.) carding a 10-over 154, tied for 41st place, and sophomore Anthony Picano (Reading, Mass.) finishing in tied for 46th place with a 13-over 157.
