Orlando, Fla. – The Saint Anselm College men's golf team finished second overall at the Saint Anselm Florida Invitational down in the Sunshine State to kick off the spring season.

• The Hawks return to the Candia Woods Golf Links on Monday, April 8th to host the Hawk Spring Invitational for a two-day competition. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Sophomores Anthony Picano (Reading, Mass.) led the Hawks with a 149 (+4) after the two-day competition to secure fourth place on the leaderboard. 
• Close behind him was senior Robbie Forti (Danvers, Mass.) tying for fifth place in the invite with a 150 (+6 ). 
• In 10th place for the Hawks was fifth-year Lucas Dascoli (Everett, Mass.) carding a 152 (+8). 
• Rounding out for Saint Anselm was sophomore Chris O'Grady (Middleton, Mass.) claiming 19th place carding a 159 (+15) after completing round two
