WATERTOWN, Conn. – The Saint Anselm College men's golf team captured 7th place at the Post Fall Invitational hosted by Post University at the Watertown Golf Club. The Hawks ended the competition with a team score of 894 (+42) edging out Southern New Hampshire University in 8th place by six points. 
 
UP NEXT

• The Hawks will compete at the 2023 Northeast-10 Conference Championship starting Monday, Oct. 16, and concluding on Tuesday, Oct. 17. The championship will take place in Springfield, Mass. at the Springfield Country Club. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Leading the Hawks was fifth-year Drew Semons (Danvers, Mass.) tying for 17th overall with a 221 (+8) after three rounds. 
• Fifth-year Lucas Dascoli (Everett, Mass.) and junior Michael Papamechail (Danvers, Mass.) weren't far behind each carding a 223 (+10) for Saint Anselm, good for 24th place. 
• Tied for 34th place was senior Robbie Forti (Danvers, Mass.) finishing the competition with 227 (+14). 
•  Sophomores Anthony Picano (Reading, Mass.) and Christopher O'Grady (Middleton, Mass.) rounded out for the Hawks finishing in 68th and 71st place, respectively.
