MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Saint Anselm College women's basketball team fell to American International College, 67-52, in a Northeast 10 Conference matchup at Stoutenburgh Gymnasium on Saturday.

- Senior Tatum Forbes led the Hawks with 16 points, seven rebounds, and three assists.
- Freshman Hannah Lynch corralled a career-high nine rebounds with a career-best nine points. She also recorded two steals, two blocks, and two assists.
How it Happened
AIC opened the game on a 10-0 run, making three of its first four shots while the Hawks missed their first five shots. The Yellow Jackets led by as much as 13, 16-3, and would lead by the same margin at the end of the quarter, 22-9.
AIC built on its lead as it increased to 17, 30-13, but the Hawks ended the first half on a 6-2 run, trailing by 13 again, 32-19, at the half. Forbes and Lynch led Saint Anselm with six points apiece.
The Hawks were unable to make up ground in the second half despite 10 points from Forbes and nine from junior
Elise MacNair. The Yellow Jackets led 46-32 at the end of the third and started the fourth on a 10-5 run to build an insurmountable 56-37 advantage.
The Hawks made a late run to cut the deficit to 10, 60-50, but AIC ended the game with a 7-2 run, winning the game 67-52.
