How it Happened

Medalie scored seven of the first nine Hawk points, but the Yellow Jackets led by one, 10-9, until a 12-0 run catapulted Saint Anselm to a 21-10 advantage. AIC would counter to make it a one-possession game, 23-20, but a Davies buzzer-beater three capped off a strong finish to the first half for the Hawks as they led 33-25.

Morissette started hot with a trio of threes to open the second half as the Hawks led by 12, 51-39. Saint Anselm led by double-digits the rest of the way, securing the win, 76-61. Morissette has 12 second-half points, and Davies had nine to lead the Hawks.
