Meade Selected as NE10 Rookie of the Week

NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Freshman wide receiver Domingo Meade of the Saint Anselm College football team was named the Northeast 10 (NE10) Rookie of the Week following a tremendous performance in Saturday's 31-29 win in a thriller against Pace.

The Bristow, Va. native racked up 122 yards on four receptions, including a long of 52 yards, in the victory. Junior Drew Forkner connected with Meade for a 36-yard pickup on the Hawks' final drive of the game to put Saint Anselm in range for the eventual game-winning field goal.

Meade and the Hawks will return to action on Saturday, Oct. 4 in an NE10 road showdown at Post. Kickoff from Municipal Stadium is slated for 1:00 p.m.
