MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Saint Anselm College Department of Athletics is excited to announce a new partnership with vivenu, a leading provider in event ticketing technology, aimed at enhancing the ticket-purchasing experience for Hawks fans and supporters.

Saint Anselm Athletics official ticketing website is now live and includes options for single-game tickets, season passes, and bundles for football, men's and women's basketball and men's and women's ice hockey. Additionally, any conference or NCAA Championship contests held at The Hilltop will be sold through tickets.saintanselmhawks.com.

Through this collaboration, Saint Anselm Athletics has launched a fully updated ticketing site and purchase flow, allowing for streamlined mobile ticketing, a refreshed interface for season ticket holders, and a smoother venue entry. These enhancements are part of Saint Anselm Athletics commitment to improving the overall fan experience at Hawks athletic events.

To maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment, tailgating will be permitted only in the South Lot adjacent to Grappone Stadium during all four home 2025 football games and in accordance with tailgating guidelines.

With vivenu, fans will enjoy a streamlined ticket purchasing process, real-time updates, and enhanced customer service for all athletic events, including those taking place during Family Weekend. Tickets for Family Weekend athletic events will be available for purchase through vivenu starting Saturday, September 13.

Tailgating Guidelines

• Tailgating is permitted at all home football contests with the purchase of a tailgating ticket. The tailgate pass is only applied on a per vehicle basis and is not valid for entry into the stadium.

• Single-game tailgate passes begin at $39 for the General Zone at the rear of the South Lot.

• Tailgating begins three hours before kickoff.

• Designated tailgating areas will be located in the South Lot immediately adjacent to Grappone Stadium and will be designated by Premium, Standard, and General Zones based on the space available for each vehicle and the proximity to the field.

• Signage and event staff will direct fans for both ticketing and tailgating enforcement.

• All tailgating activity must comply with college policies and local/state laws. Per local officials, no other tailgating will be permitted in any other area on campus except for the designated South Lot.

• All vehicles and equipment must be removed within 90 minutes of the conclusion of the game.

How to Use

Set Up Your New Account

• Navigate to tickets.saintanselmhawks.com on your desktop or mobile device.

• From the "Sign In" prompt, select "Register For Free" and complete all required fields.

• You may use the same email account and password as before.

• Check your email inbox for an account verification email and follow the instructions provided in that email to complete the process.

• Navigate back to tickets.saintanselmhawks.com to view events and purchase.

Access Tickets/View Mobile Wallet  

• Navigate to tickets.saintanselmhawks.com on your desktop or mobile device.

• Sign in to your ticket account.

• Select the "tickets" tab to view your tickets.

• From here, you can see the upcoming events by scrolling up and down.

• Choose "Add to Wallet" (Apple or Google) on the ticket(s) you want to store.

• All mobile tickets will have QR Codes that will be scanned upon entry.

Ticket Transfers

• No longer able to attend an event? Transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague so they can enjoy a Saint Anselm Athletics event!

• Navigate to tickets.saintanselmhawks.com on your desktop or mobile device.

• Sign in to your ticket account.

• Select "Transfer" on the event you would like to transfer.

• Select the seat(s) you want to transfer and tap "Proceed."

• Select the game(s) you want to transfer.

• Enter the email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer ticket(s).

• Tap "Submit" to initiate the transfer.

Once your transfer has been sent, the recipient will receive an email with a link to accept the transfer. They will not be required to create an account. You may cancel the transfer at any time until it is accepted.

Fans are encouraged to download their mobile tickets as soon as possible after completing their purchase and before arriving at the event. Tickets stored in your mobile wallet will automatically update when game times are set, can be easily opened from your device's home screen on the day of the event, and do not require Wi-Fi or cellular service to be accessed. Screenshots will not be accepted for entry.
