EUGENE, Ore. – Freshman Logan Montgomery (Weare, N.H.) of the Saint Anselm College men's track and field program has qualified for the finals of the 400-meter dash at the 2025 USATF U20 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hosted at the University of Oregon. 

Montgomery clocked a personal-best 47.38 seconds in Thursday's preliminary round, finishing eighth overall to secure one of the nine qualifying spots for the final. His previous top mark of 47.39 was set in early May at the Northeast 10 Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships. 

He is slated to compete in the final on Friday, June 20, at 8 p.m. ET. 

Also representing Saint Anselm in Eugene was freshman Reese Nicolosi (Pelham, N.H.), who was added to the women's 400-meter hurdles field within 24 hours of the event. Nicolisi placed 17th with a time of 1:04.87.
