Women's Track & Field Compete at Jim Boulanger Invitational

DURHAM, NH –Saint Anselm women's track & field braved rainy conditions at the Jim Boulanger Invitational, marking their second meet of the outdoor season. Despite the weather, several Hawks recorded career-best performances across multiple events.


UP NEXT: 

  • Saint Anselm is set to make the short trip to SNHU on Saturday, April 12, to compete in the Ed Daniels Invitational.


HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Junior Kylie Frank (Hampstead, N.H.) set a new career best in the javelin with a throw of 30.87m, placing seventh in the event.

  • Junior Brianne Rett (Uxbridge, Mass.) recorded career-bests in both the shot put and hammer throw, placing eighth in the shot put (11.59m) and fourth in the hammer (43.02m).

  • Sophomore Sophia Olsen (Rochester, N.H.) set a personal best in the 5000m, finishing seventh with a time of 18:55.13.

  • Right behind her was senior Nora Conway (Stoneham, Mass.), who took eighth in the 5000m with a time of 18:58.29.

  • Senior Ava O'Donnell (Raynham, Mass.) posted a career-best time of 4:54.47 in the 1500m, finishing 10th, and placed fourth in the 800m with a 2:26.28.
