MANCHESTER, N.H. –Saint Anselm women's track & field opened their outdoor season at the SNHU Spring Invite, earning three individual first-place finishes and setting multiple career bests.

EVENT WINNERS:

Junior Rebecca Cady (Lowell, Mass.) finished first in the 100m dash with a time of 12.45, a career best.

Senior Ava O'Donnell (Raynham, Mass.) led the field in the 5000m, finishing 11 seconds ahead of the runner-up with a career-best time of 18:30.49.

Sophomore Sophia Morin (Brunswick, Maine) recorded the best throw in the javelin with a winning mark of 39.73 meters, one meter better than the runner-up. She also set a career best in the Hammer Throw, reaching 40.13 meters.
HIGHLIGHTS:

Junior Harmony Marquez (Rutherford, N.J.) finished third in the javelin with a final throw of 37.99 meters.

Sophomore Sophia Olsen (Rochester, N.H.) set a career best in the mile run, finishing with a time of 5:35.02.

Freshman Tija Dilba (Framingham, Mass.) secured second place in the pole vault with a height of 2.65 meters.

Freshman Reese Nicolosi (Pelham, N.H.) placed second in the 100m hurdles with a career best time of 15.44, just two-tenths of a second behind the winner.

Freshman Jessica Bremberg (Saugus, Mass.) set career bests in both the 400m (1:02.83), finishing second, and the triple jump (10.00 meters), finishing fourth.
