BOSTON, Mass. – The Saint Anselm College men's track & field team competed at Northeast-10 Championship Meet over the weekend, taking home fifth of the eight competing teams highlighted by freshman
Logan Montgomery (Weare, N.H.) taking home the NE10 Champion Crown in the 400-meter.
UP NEXT:
- Saint Anselm will travel to Boston, Massachusetts for the New England Championships during the weekend of March 7th and 8th at the Reggie Lewis Center.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Freshman Leo Sheriff (Beverly, Mass.) kicked off the day for the men's side earning a 5th place finish in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.43.
- Junior Jaidin Haynes (Sayreville, N.J.) grabbed a silver place finish in the 60- meter dash with a time of 6.94. The junior also tabbed a 12th place finish in the long jump with a mark of 6.11 meters.
- Freshman Logan Montgomery (Weare, N.H.) notched the title of NE10 Champion in the 400-meter run with a personal best time of 47.82 while also grabbing a 4th place finish in 200-meter dash with another personal best time of 21.78 seconds.
- Freshman Peter Hogan (Newport, N.H.) competed in the heptathlon event for the Hawks grabbing a personal best and a bronze place finish. Sophomore Finley Raudelunas (Amherst, N.H.) also competed in the event with a personal best score and raking in a 7th place finish.
