COLCHESTER, VT. – The Saint Anselm College men's soccer team fell on the road at Duffy Field, 2-0, against Saint Michael's College in a Northeast 10 (NE10) contest.

- Underclassmen led the charge on offense for the Hawks, with freshman Luke Delia leading the team with two shots on net, while classmate Parker Bienvenue-Cernuda and sophomore Brian Jones each recorded one.
How it Happened
Both teams traded shots in the middle of the first half, but the respective goalkeepers saved both as the two teams remained scoreless in the 23rd minute after Delia's shot nearly found the back of the net.
Hood made another save in the 28th minute, but the Purple Knights converted on their third shot attempt, as Rodrigo Salamanca Lopez netted a free kick with his left foot that snuck by Hood on the right side of the net.
Ronnie Riby-Williams added another goal for Saint Michael's in the 73rd minute after receiving a pass down the middle of the pitch and converting on a right-footed shot on the right side of the box.
Bienvenue-Cernuda nearly scored for the Hawks in the 85th minute, but Saint Michael's goalie Garrett Smith made a diving save on the freshman's header off a corner kick.
