MANCHESTER, N.H. — Saint Anselm College football head coach Joe Adam has announced the finalization of the Hawks' coaching staff for the 2026 season, featuring a strategic blend of new arrivals and key internal promotions.

Joining the staff on the Hilltop is Vance Thompson, who arrives from the University of Maine (FCS) to serve as an assistant coach with a focus on offensive line play and video analytics. Also joining the staff is Trenton Powell, a former graduate assistant at Delta State University who will bolster the defensive coaching unit.

The program also announced the elevation of several staff members. Chadd Braine has been named the program's Defensive Coordinator, while Trey McJunkin has been promoted to Special Teams Coordinator in addition to his work with the wide receivers and tight ends. Furthermore, Bryan Walker continues his progression on the staff as the Running Backs Coach following his transition from a student assistant role.

"We are excited to add some great teachers and mentors to our coaching staff, along with promotions from within," said Adam. "We are looking forward to continuing leading our team and recruiting the next group of Hawks."

The Hawks will kick off their 2026 campaign with a road matchup against Lake Erie College on Saturday, Sep. 5 at Jack Britt Memorial Stadium.
