MANCHESTER, N.H. – Senior captain Brooklyn Schneiderhan of the Saint Anselm College women's ice hockey team was named a Division I All-Star by the New England Hockey Writers Association, announced on Monday.

Schneiderhan established herself as one of the top offensive players in the nation this season, collecting numerous awards to complement an impressive stat line. The senior becomes the fourth Hawk to earn NEHWA All-Star accolades in program history.

In March, Schneiderhan was named New England Women's Hockey Alliance Player of the Year, becoming the fourth student-athlete in program history to achieve this feat and the third in the past four seasons. The Helena, Montana native also received First Team All-Conference honors.

Schneiderhan was the 2025-26 NEWHA conference leader with 25 goals and 48 points, to go along with 23 assists. She also led the NEWHA in shots (229), shots per game (6.02), shorthanded goals (5), and multi-point games (13). Her nine career shorthanded goals are the most among active NCAA skaters at any level.

Schneiderhan reached the 100-point milestone in early December against Franklin Pierce University and totaled 124 career points (68 goals, 56 assists) in 134 games over her four-year collegiate career. With her two goals against the Greyhounds, she moved into a tie for third in program history in both points and goals, matching Kathleen Twomey '09 in points and Courtney Winters '14 in goals.

In Saint Anselm's National Collegiate era (beginning in 2017-18), Schneiderhan ranks first among Hawks skaters with 124 career points and has continued to build on her program record in goals (68) after passing Kelly Golini '22 M'23 in the opening round of the NEWHA postseason.

The New England Hockey Writers Association will hold its annual awards brunch on Sunday, April 19, at the Prince Restaurant in Saugus, Massachusetts.
