LOCKPORT, Ill. – Saint Anselm defeats Wright State, who was ranked #12 in the National Tenpin Coaches Association, followed by competitive efforts on day two of the Flyer Classic.
 

How it happened

Saint Anselm started the day off with an impressive win over nationally ranked Wright State, who was ranked 12th in the NTCA Coaches Poll. The Hawks took them down in a hard-fought competition, winning 872-843.

Their second round of Traditional play, the Hawks faced Aurora, dropping that match 803-820.

Saint Anselm continued their Traditional play with a narrow 877-883 loss against Emmanuel.

The Hawks fell short in their fourth match, losing to Lewis 791-960.

Their day came to a close, dropping their final match 791-989 to Maryville.
