LOCKPORT, Ill. – The Saint Anselm College women's bowling team traveled to Illinois to compete in the Flyer Classic tournament this Friday. They started their weekend with five matches of Baker play at Strike N Spare II in Lockport, Ill.
How it Happened
The Hawks started the day off with a bang, beating opponent U-Indy with a final score of 762-758.
Saint Anselm fell short in their second match of the day, losing to Marion 784-873.
Their third match of the day put them up against McKendree, dropping that head-to-head 802-897.
The Hawks fought hard against Carroll, losing that contest 776-893.
Lastly, Saint Anselm came up short in their final match of the day against Sam Houston with a final score of 832-1110.

The Hawks continue their play in the Flyer Classic tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 7, where they will first take on Wright State in Traditional play.
