How it Happened
Southern New Hampshire opened the scoring in the 20th minute when Avary Hall found the back of the net off a through ball from Mollie Cahalane.

The Hawks responded in the 44th minute when Maciel beat her defender to the ball and sent a cross into the box, finding Roux for a tap-in to even the score at 1-1 heading into halftime.

Saint Anselm continued to apply offensive pressure in the second half, generating 10 shots and eight corner kicks.

Maciel recorded shots on goal in the 71st and 72nd minutes, but both attempts were turned away.

In the 78th minute, Jimenez delivered a corner kick into the box, where Pickles connected on a header for her first collegiate goal, giving the Hawks a 2-1 lead.

Saint Anselm held off the Penmen over the final 12 minutes to secure the conference victory.
