MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Saint Anselm College women's ice hockey team was defeated 4-1 by Boston College in its first non-conference contest of the season on Saturday afternoon at Sullivan Arena.

How it Happened
Following a scoreless first period, the Eagles' offense erupted for four goals over a span of 14:39 in the second frame to take a 4-0 lead into the second intermission.
Saint Anselm was able to score with 21 seconds left in regulation as sophomore Lucy DeCoteau found the back of the net with help from senior captains Brooklyn Schneiderhan and Cora Webber.
