  • At the 23:03 mark, senior Delaney Glode (Kennebunkport, Maine) picked up a yellow card after committing a foul outside of Saint Anselm's 18-yard box. Addison Crone stepped up to take the free kick for the Fighting Knights but was unable to put the ball on frame.
  • Senior captain Tara McCleary (Quincy, Mass.) almost put the Hawks on top after ripping a shot that hit the left woodwork to keep the score tied at 0-0. Lynn squeezed in one final shot with a few seconds remaining in the first half, but the game stayed scoreless heading into halftime.
  • The Fighting Knights opened the scoreline in the first minute of the second half after K'la Barnes-Blackwood put the ball in the back of the net to give Lynn a 1-0 led. Saint Anselm responded shortly after as senior Olivia Gotobed (North Andover, Mass.) put a shot on target that was saved by Lynn goalkeeper Brooke Auth.
  • After Lynn's Talorie Crafton received a yellow card at the 76:36 mark, the Hawks offense started clicking with junior Josie Pecor (Williston, Vt.) getting a shot on target. Following a corner kick in the 82nd minute, Glode attempted a shot that would end up going over the net. The Hawks continued to battle but the game would end with Lynn earning the 1-0 victory.
