The Hawks scored a weekend sweep of Franklin Pierce University on Feb. 11 and Feb. 12. With the wins, Saint Anselm improves to 11-10-2 overall with an 8-5-2 mark against the Northeast-10 Conference. After hosting the Eagles, the Hawks conclude their regular season with a home-and-home series against Queen City Cup rival Southern New Hampshire University. In Saturday's regular season finale, Saint Anselm will celebrate senior day.
The Eagles swept a weekend series against Stonehill College, posting 4-1 and 6-4 wins on Feb. 11 and Feb. 12. The team improved to 9-13-1 on the season and 7-8-1 in the NE10. This is the final game of the regular season for the Eagles.

SCOUTING SAINT ANSELM
- In the two-game weekend series with Franklin Pierce, junior Matt Hayes (Salem, N.H.) netted three goals and added an assist, earning him the NE10 Player of the Week for the first time in his career. On the season, Hayes has nine goals and 11 assists for 20 points, putting him in a tie for second in goals and third in assists and points, when compared to the rest of the team. Hayes is also riding a four-game point streak with three multi-point efforts on the streak.
- Junior alternate captain Andrew Andary (Macomb, Mich.) ranks second in the conference in goals (15) and assists (17) but leads the conference in points (32). Andary has recorded a point in all but seven games this season.
- Sophomore Tommy Schwartz (Ridgefield, Conn.) is tied with Hayes for second on the team in goals with nine and is tied with senior co-captain Kilian Hammersmith (Glen Ellyn, Ill.) for second on the squad with 12 helpers. Schwartz has 21 points in his rookie campaign, good for second on the team and leads all NE10 rookies.
- Junior net minder Nick Howard (Burlington, Mass.) has started 22 games this season and currently leads the NE10 with a 2.72 goals-against average. His .909 save percentage is fourth highest in the conference while his 587 total saves are second most in the NE10 and are seventh most in a single season in program history. He was named the NE10 Goaltender of the Week for the fourth time this season on Monday.
- Saint Anselm holds the third spot in the conference standings with a .600 winning percentage, trailing Assumption University by .015 for the second position.
SCOUTING POST
- Brandon Crowther potted a hat trick in the team's 6-4 win over Stonehill, aiding the team to the weekend sweep. He was named the conference's Rookie of the Week for his efforts. He is tied for second on the team with 13 points, stemming from five goals and eight assists.
- Patrick Murphy leads the Eagles offense with 17 points. He is the team leader in assists (10) while ranking second in goals with (7). John Krapian has a team-high eight goals.
- Kieran Gardner is tied with Crowther with 13 points, also coming from five goals and eight assists. Jack Engdahl and Trey DeLoury make up a four way tie for second on the squad in assists.
- Brandon Brown has started all 23 games for the Eagles. He holds a 3.41 goals-against average and a .903 save percentage. Brown has stopped a league-high 615 shots on goal this season.
- Post is the current fourth seed in the NE10 standings with a .469 winning percentage. The team will await this weekend's results for their playoff seeding.
ALL-TIME vs. POST
- Tuesday night's tilt marks the 11th meeting in the all-time series. The Hawks are undefeated through the first 10 meetings.
- Earlier this season, Saint Anselm captured a weekend sweep of Post by 5-1 and 4-0 scores on Jan. 14 and Jan. 15. Andary recorded his first collegiate hat trick on his way to five goals and three assists in the two-game set. Schwartz added a goal and four assists for the Hawks.
- When playing at Sullivan Arena against the Eagles, Saint Anselm is 4-0 and has posted three shutouts in those four contests. The Hawks have a plus-18 goal differential against the Eagles when playing on the Hilltop.
