MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Saint Anselm College women's basketball team hits the road on Sunday, taking on the host Ravens from Franklin Pierce University at 2 p.m. in Northeast-10 Conference play.

Saint Anselm recently moved to 5-4 on the year, doing so by posting its biggest come-from-behind victory in recent memory. Against Felician on Friday, the Hawks trailed by as many as 18 points but rallied to stun Felician, 73-63.
Franklin Pierce carries a 5-3 record into the game after playing its first eight games away from the FPU Fieldhouse. The Ravens will make their home debut after posting a 78-65 loss at Bentley on Saturday, snapping what was a modest two-game winning streak.
Fans are expected to familiarize themselves with the Franklin Pierce spectator policy.
SCOUTING SAINT ANSELM
- Down by a 29-11 margin to Felician near the midpoint of the second quarter, Saint Anselm responded in a big way, closing the game on a 62-34 scoring run to stun the Golden Falcons. The biggest comeback victory for Saint Anselm since at least the 2001-02 season, the Hawks improve to 5-4 on the year while Felician, winners of four in a row entering the game, fall to 4-5 in the young campaign.
- Senior Peyton Steinman (Pittsfield, Mass.) produced a game-high 34 points for Saint Anselm against Felician, scoring at least 30 points for the second consecutive game. She becomes the first student-athlete since Candace Andrews '17 poured home at least 30 in back-to-back games on Feb. 11, 2015 and Feb. 14, 2015.
- Sophomore Gabby Turco (Wildwood, N.J.) posted 19 points with eight rebounds (career-high), matching Steinman for the team lead in caroms against the Golden Falcons. Junior McKenzy Ouellette (West Newfield, Maine) posted eight points and four assists (career-high) with freshman Melanie Hoyt (Stamford, N.Y.) notching seven points, five rebounds and a game-high four blocks.
- Steinman enters the game against Franklin Pierce with 604 rebounds in a four-year career at Saint Anselm, becoming just the 16th student-athlete to reach that milestone. She also eclipsed 3,000 career minutes played and is on record as just the ninth student-athlete to play as many minutes.
- Steinman can reach 400 career free throws with just nine makes on Sunday. She is the all-time record-holder in free throws made (391).
- Across her first nine career games, Turco has finished with no fewer than 12 points in each of those games and is averaging 16.1 points per game to date.
- Saint Anselm shot a season-high 49% from the floor against Felician, making 24 of the team's 49 field goal attempts. The Hawks also handed out 18 assists, the most in a single game this season.
THE RAVENS REPORT
- The Ravens enter Sunday's tilt against Saint Anselm with the top scoring offense in the NE10, averaging 73.1 points per game. Franklin Pierce also has posted 94 steals, the top mark in the NE10, while ranking second in field goal percentage (42.3%) and free throw percentage (81.7%).
- Franklin Pierce saw a career-high 24 points scored by Emma Carter against Bentley last Saturday, but the Ravens were toppled by the Falcons by a 78-65 margin. The Ravens led by one point after the first quarter, but Bentley pulled away with a 21-10 second quarter.
- The Ravens were out-rebounded by a commanding 46-27 margin in the contest. Franklin Pierce's rebound margin of -0.2 is the ninth-best figure in the NE10.
- Franklin Pierce has missed just one of their last 27 free throws. The Ravens were perfect at Bentley (9-for-9) and were 17-of-18 at Queens (N.Y.) on Nov. 27.
- Carter leads Franklin Pierce with 20.8 points per game. She is trailed by Rylee Skinner's 13.6 points per contest and Ines Gimenez Monserrat rounds out the double-digit points producers with 11.9 per game in eight contests.
- Gimenez Monserrat is the team leader with exactly seven rebounds per game.

- Saint Anselm owns a 37-23 record in the all-time series against Franklin Pierce that dates back to Feb. 10, 1979.
- The Hawks have won each of the last nine games against Franklin Pierce, the longest winning streak by either team in the all-time series.
