With separate Presidents' Cups issued for the fall and winter semesters, Saint Anselm racked up 91 out of a possible 202 points which was the third-best percentage (45%) in the NE10. Points are received based upon finishes in the regular season of play; the Hawks fielded teams in 12 championship NE10 seasons.

"Monday's results demonstrate that our student-athletes enjoyed competitive success across all of our Northeast-10 Conference sports this past fall and winter," said Daron Montgomery, Director of Athletics. "Furthermore, our spring sports teams combined to win 29 out of their 39 games. Our student-athletes put in a tremendous amount of hard work this academic year and Monday's announcement is a testament to their efforts."

Saint Anselm picked up all 15 points for its regular-season championship in the sport of field hockey and its third-place finish at the NE10 women's cross country championship in October secured 12 points for the Hawks. Saint Anselm volleyball finished fourth in the NE10 regular-season standings, capturing 11 more fall points.

The Hawks men's and women's basketball teams had strong finishes to their season. The men's squad secured its third consecutive regular-season NE10 title to earn 14 points and the Hawks women's basketball team placed second in the Northeast Division, picking up 12 points.

Combining points from the fall and winter seasons, Saint Anselm finished seventh out of 14 institutions with 91. The Hawks have not finished seventh or higher since the 2003-04 season.

"We remain committed to our student-athletes and their academic and athletic endeavors," said Montgomery. "Our strong finishes in the regular season standings this past fall and winter paved the way for six NCAA Division II postseason appearances. We are eager to return to competition and excited for future success."
