Senior Nicholas Fiorillo (Westford, Mass.) of the Saint Anselm football squad and sophomore Jackie Gaumer (Thornton, N.H.) of the Hawks field hockey team represented their institution on the list. For Fiorillo, he is now a two-time winner of Academic All-Conference honors.

To be eligible for selection to the NE10 Academic All-Conference teams, a student-athlete must have started in at least half or played in at least two-thirds of the team's competitions as a significant contributor and achieved a 3.30 cumulative grade-point average.

Earning his first All-Conference nod from the NE10 after the season, Fiorillo had a breakout year on the Hilltop in 2019, making 63 catches for 717 yards to average nearly six yards per catch. Averaging 65.2 receiving yards per contest for Saint Anselm, he had two 100-plus yards receiving games in 2019, his first coming at Assumption and the second against regionally-ranked Tiffin on Oct. 5.

Fiorillo caught two touchdowns at Franklin Pierce on Oct. 19 and didn't finish with less than three catches or 37 receiving yards in any of his games in 2019. He ranked sixth in the NE10 in both receiving yards (717) and receiving yards per game (65.2). His 5.7 receptions per game was the third-most in the league and the 30th-most in NCAA Division II.

Gaumer was a part of the nationally-ranked field hockey team in 2019 that finished as the national runner-up in NCAA Division II. The Hawks posted a 20-3 record as Gaumer helped the Hawks set a national record with 20 shutouts. On the field, Gaumer played in 16 games for Saint Anselm and made two starts, the first of her career coming in the NE10 Semifinals against No. 9 Assumption.

The Hawks won their first-ever Northeast-10 Conference postseason title this year and Gaumer became the College's first-ever recipient of the league's Elite 24 Award. Such honors are issued to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average participating at the finals site at each NE10 Championship.
