Box Score
Mercy (8-2) got goals from Jessica Brandt and Haley Noble in the first 11:20 of play and a second-half goal from Alyssa Iannuzzi to secure the win over Saint Anselm (4-6-1). The meeting was the fourth all-time between the two programs in a series the Mavericks now lead 2-1-1.
The Mavericks got on the board in the first eighth minute on Brandt's third goal of the year. Noble crossed the ball into the box from the right wing, Heidi Serna cushioned the ball into the path of Brandt, who found the lower-right corner.

Saint Anselm prevented further damage until Iannuzzi fired in a long-distance shot into the top-right corner in the 60th minute to cap the scoring.
Both teams took eight shots in the game, with the Mavericks getting five on net and the Hawks three. Ashley Price picked up her seventh victory of the season with three saves, while Elise Bouchard made two stops in the loss.
