MANCHESTER, N.H. –The Saint Anselm College volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to the College of Saint Rose Friday evening at Stoutenburgh Gymnasium with set scores of 25-18, 25-19 and 25-18.
With the loss, the Hawks drop their third straight and fall to 8-13 overall and 4-7 in the Northeast-10 conference, while the Golden Knights improve to 14-8 and 7-4 in league play.
Shannon Douglas (Rochester, N.H.) tallied eight kills and a pair of digs, while Melissa Ouellet (Salem, N.H.) recorded a team-high three service aces.
Melissa Jewett (Newton, Mass.) and Margaret Tereschuk (Mission Viejo, Calif.) posted double-digits in digs with 12 and 11, respectively.
Natalie Steinwart (Aurora, Ill.) dished 14 assists and added three digs.
For the Golden Knights, Kayleigh Quinn posted double-figures in both kills and digs with 11 kills and 10 digs.
