Lee Moyce joined the Saint Anselm College women's soccer coaching staff in February of 2023 as an assistant coach under head coach Joel Bancroft. With a wealth of coaching experience at both the collegiate and club levels, Moyce brings a strong background in player development, recruitment, and leadership to the Hilltop.

Prior to joining Saint Anselm, Moyce spent three seasons with the Wheaton College women's soccer program, including two as co-head coach. During his tenure, he guided the Lyons to 12 wins and a NEWMAC Quarterfinals appearance in 2022. Under his leadership, Wheaton saw multiple players earn conference honors while excelling academically, with several athletes named to the NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Team.

Beyond the college game, Moyce has a proven track record in club soccer. He coached the NEFC 2006 team to a Development Player League (DPL) National Championship in 2023 and served as the NEFC Metro West Girls Regional Director of Coaching. His extensive club experience includes six years as a technical director with Global Premier Soccer, where he led the GPS-FC Bayern 2003 girls national team to a third-place finish in the 2016 Gothia Cup. He also held coaching roles with Weston Soccer Club and guided teams to state and regional titles.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Moyce played four years with the University of Portsmouth Football Club, captaining the squad for two seasons. He also had a stint with the Chicago Fire U23 team. His coaching career began at his alma mater, where he led the University of Portsmouth Women's Football Club and helped establish the University of Portsmouth Boys Club.

Moyce holds a US Soccer D License and a UEFA B License, reflecting his commitment to coaching education and player development.

In addition to his role with women's soccer, he will assist with Saint Anselm Athletics game operations.
