Joey Burrows

Joey Burrows is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Saint Anselm women's soccer program in 2017 and works primarily with the goalkeepers.

In his first season of 2016, Burrows worked with senior goalkeeper Cassie Quattropani, who finished her career ranked in the program's top 10 all-time in every major goalkeeping category, including minutes played, saves, save percentage, goals-against average, wins and shutouts.

Prior to his time on the Hilltop, Burrows worked as Saint Anselm assistant Dwayne Andreasen's assistant coach from 2009-13, when Andreasen was leading the Souhegan High School girls program. During Burrows' time at Souhegan, the Sabers won state titles in 2011 and 2013. He has also served as an assistant boys and girls basketball coach at the high school level.

In his playing days, Burrows played one year of soccer at at Plymouth State University as a goalkeeper. He then attended Nashua Community College before finishing his degree at Granite State College, graduating in 2015.

Burrows lives in Amherst and works as a special education teacher at Manchester Memorial High School.
