AT SAINT ANSELM
2023-24: Magaña competed in all five events for Saint Anselm in her senior season...She completed 213 frames, the second most on the team, averaging 16.76 on the year in Baker competition...She registered 67 strikes on 216 attempts for a 31.0 strike percentage...Magaña also tallied 87 spares after 149 attempts to own a 58.4 spare conversion percentage...Her 67 strikes and 87 spares each ranked second most on the 2023-24 squad.
2022-23: Magaña had a standout year for the Hawks during the inaugural season of the women's bowling program...She completed a total of 491 frames in Baker competition averaging 16.41...Recorded a 28.8 strike percentage in Baker with 143 total strikes ranking second most on the team...Converted 56.7 percent of her spare chances after making 200 of her 353 spare attempts...Magaña produced her highest game score at 246 on November 19th against Chestnut Hill at the Lady Eagles Invitational which also served as the highest individual score at the tournament.
2021-22 (at VALPARAISO): Named to the Southland Bowling League Academic Honor Roll...Posted one start, logging a 167 against Marian at the Peacocks Classic on Jan. 22.
2020-21 (at VALPARAISO): Captured Dean's List honors...Named to the Southland Bowling League Academic Honor Roll...Made 13 starts for Valparaiso, averaging a 163.5...Scored above 200 on one occasion (202, at Big Red Invitational, 02/27/21)...Bowled a 186 in a victory over Lewis at the Bearcat Hammer Open on Oct. 24 before firing a 187 against No. 1 McKendree...Was an NTCA All-Academic honoree.
PRIOR TO SAINT ANSELM: A four-time state qualifier and a three-time team captain at Decatur HS...Was a four-time team Most Valuable Player award selection, earning All-League Most Valuable Player honors in 2019-20...Was a three-time North Puget Sound League First Team pick...Participated in the Running Start program, earning an Associate's Degree along with a high school diploma upon graduating...Graduated with high honors...Also bowled for the Greater Seattle All-Stars.
