Tim Field enters his 10th season as an assistant coach for the Saint Anselm College men's soccer program in 2026.
In April 2026, Field was named the Director of Operations, Recreation Sports & Facilities. In his additional role, he oversees the department's athletics facilities, intramural sports, game-day operations and other operational responsibilities.
In 2025, the Hawks opened the season unbeaten through their first five matches and recorded seven shutouts, while freshman Luke Delia earned Northeast-10 All-Rookie Team honors.
In 2024, the Hawks finished 3-9-4 overall and 2-3-4 in Northeast-10 play. Freshman Chance Prouty earned NE10 Player and Rookie of the Week honors, while senior Lucas Bravo Ollé was selected as the league's Player of the Week.
The Hawks enjoyed a historic 2023 campaign, earning the program's first Northeast 10 Championship berth and postseason victory since 2009. Saint Anselm finished tied for fourth in the conference standings, its highest finish since 2002, while Michael Provenzano earned All-NE10 Third Team honors and Connor Lovely was named to the NE10 All-Rookie Team.
In 2022, the Hawks posted a 7-9 record after opening the season with five consecutive victories, the program's best start since 2001. Saint Anselm also climbed to No. 9 in the United Soccer Coaches East Region poll during the season.
Field helped guide the Hawks to six victories during the 2021 campaign, while Zach Elliot earned All-NE10 Third Team honors. The 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The regionally-ranked Hawks posted a 7-9 record in 2019, the program's highest win total in a decade. Saint Anselm opened the season with four consecutive victories and finished with a winning home record, while Kevin Jordan became the program's first NE10 All-Rookie Team selection since 2015.
During the 2018 season, the Hawks closed the year with a 3-2 victory over eventual conference champion Southern Connecticut State.
In 2017, Saint Anselm defeated nationally-ranked Franklin Pierce for its first win over a ranked opponent in nearly seven years, while Dan Kelly and Emmet O'Callaghan became the program's first All-NE10 selections since 2014.
Field has over 30 years of experience in both Florida and the Northeast. Since 2015, he has coached for FC Stars and he is also a coach for the New Hampshire Olympic Development Program, a position he has held since 2012. In 2007-08, Field was named the New Hampshire Girls Competitive Coach of the Year.
Field's previous coaching experience also includes nine years at Nashua World Cup, three years at Merrimack High School and three years at Plant City High School in Florida. During his time in Florida from 1984-1996, he also coached a variety of club teams.
He holds a National Diploma and an Advanced National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA), as well as a U.S. Soccer National CÂ License.
A 1992 graduate of the University of South Florida, Field lives in Merrimack with his wife, Kim, and daughters Brenna and Cailin.
