RINDGE, N.H. – The Saint Anselm College men's soccer team posted a 1-0 loss to the Ravens of Franklin Pierce University on Wednesday night at Sodexo Field.

The Hawks fall to 0-8 on the year, having lost each of their six Northeast-10 Conference matches to date. Franklin Pierce moves to 3-7 on the year and to 2-4 against league foes.
Saint Anselm, who defeated nationally-ranked Franklin Pierce one season ago, was held without a shot on goal in Wednesday's affair. Noam Kolakofsky's goal in the ninth minute of action, scored off of a Hawks turnover, was the lone goal of the contest for the Ravens.
Hawks goaltender Jacob Rostkowski (Rockport, Mass.) made two saves on three shots. Ravens backstop Jadel Poon-Lewis was untested in goal as none of the seven shots from Saint Anselm were on target.
Saint Anselm heads to take on New Haven this Saturday, Oct. 6 at 4 p.m.
