MANCHESTER, N.H. – Brian Kavanagh and Benji Page recorded three-set singles victories to guide the Saint Anselm men's tennis team to its second-straight victory with a 6-3 win over Eastern Nazarene on Tuesday afternoon.

Saint Anselm (2-6) claimed wins at second and third doubles to lead 2-1. Adam Weinstein and Daniel Kmetz improved to 3-0 this season with an 8-2 triumph over Kevin Paterno and Shaw Campbell at the second spot, while Chris Leighton and Robert Patenaude made it two wins out of two this year with an 8-6 win over Andres Biondi and Yahalel Carter at the third spot.
Eastern Nazarene (6-4) picked up straight-set singles wins at the top two positions from Alex Partyka and Vladislav Tolmachev, who also teamed up for an 8-5 win at first doubles.
Daniel Kmetz and Kyle Harris recorded straight-set wins at third and fifth singles for the Hawks. Page and Kavanagh won the lone three-set matches of the afternoon to close out the win and earn their fifth singles victories of the season.
Page came from a set down to record a 2-6, 7-5, 6-2 win over Carter at sixth singles, while Kavanagh rebounded from a tough second set to down Biondi 6-3, 0-6, 6-3 at fifth singles for Saint Anselm. Page's win was his fourth in a row, while Kavanagh has won three matches on the trot.
