MANCHESTER, N.H. – Sophomore Carrie Brophy (Mansfield, Mass.) and junior Meghan Smith (Pittsford, N.Y.) each notched four goals to power the Saint Anselm College women's lacrosse team to a 15-10 victory against American International College in both teams' Northeast-10 openers Saturday evening at Southern New Hampshire University's Larkin Field.

The Hawks grab their first win of the season to improve to 1-2 overall, 1-0 NE-10, while the Yellow Jackets suffer their first loss of the season to fall to 3-1, 0-1 NE-10.
