Colchester, Vt. (January 12) - The women's basketball team dropped a 66-54 final Saturday afternoon to Saint Michael's at the Ross Sports Center. The loss drops the Hawks to 5-11, 2-9 Northeast-10, while the Purple Knights improve to 9-5, 6-4 in league play.

The Hawks fell behind early, as the Purple Knights took a 31-20 advantage going into the second half.

Rachel Reilly (Londonderry, N.H.) led the Hawks with 13 points and 11 rebounds, while Kirsten Doldoorian (Oxford, Mass.) picked up 12 points to go along with three assists.

Michelle Otey (Southborough, Mass.) and Logan Pintka (Niskayuna, N.Y.) led the Purple Knights, as Otey had 17 points and 11 boards and Pinta had 15 points with seven boards.

The Hawks return to action Wednesday night, hosting Bentley at 5:30 p.m. at Stoutenburgh Gymnasium.
