Manchester, N.H. (September 25) -- The
volleyball team fell to Saint Michael's 3-0 (30-24, 30-26, 30-21)
Tuesday evening at Stoutenburgh Gymnasium. The loss drops the
Hawks to 1-12 overall, 0-7 Northeast-10, while the win improves
Saint Michael's to 5-8 overall, 1-4 Northeast-10.
For the Hawks, Alana McNeil (Lawrence, Mass.)
recorded the team high in kills with 12. Heather
Sherlock ( No. Andover, Mass.) pitched in with eight
kills, 2 service aces, and had 15 digs. Kelly O'Dea
(Andover, Mass.) also notched 15 digs
while dishing out 30 assists for the team high.
Jennifer Tougas (Glens Falls, N.Y.) had the team
high in blocks with 2.5 while also scoring six kills.
The Hawks return to the court on Saturday, September 29, hosting
cross-town rival Southern New Hampshire at 11:00 a.m. at
Stoutenburgh Gymnasium.
