Manchester, N.H. (September 15) -- The
volleyball team dropped their second match of the day this
afternoon, falling to Franklin Pierce 3-0 (31-29, 30-18,
30-6). The loss drops the Hawks to 1-8 overall, 0-3 NE-10,
while the win improves Franklin Pierce to 6-8 overall, and
2-1 NE-10.
Kelly O'Dea (Andover, Mass.) posted 10 assists
in the loss, while Alana McNeil (Lawrence, Mass.)
had four kills and four blocks. Heather
Sherlock (No. Andover, Mass.) led the team in digs
with 12. Crystal Vaughn (Farmington,
N.H.) and Stephanie Devlin (Middleton,
Mass.) also posted four kills.
The Hawks return to action traveling to Bentley (7-3, 2-0
NE-10) on Tuesday, September 18th for a 7:00 start.
