Zach Casinelli

Zach Casinelli joined Saint Anselm College as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in January 2020.

He comes to the Hilltop from Plymouth State University where he served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for several of the Panthers varsity sports programs, including football, women’s ice hockey, baseball, cross country and men’s basketball.

In addition to his duties working with the student-athletes, he also served as a clinical preceptor for the institution’s Athletic Training Education Program. He also conducted lower and upper extremity assessment courses for the Athletic Training Education Program where he was an adjunct professor.

A 2015 graduate of Quinnipiac with a degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine, Casinelli earned a master’s degree in Athletic Training/Higher Education in 2017. As a graduate assistant, he conducted directed research and worked several camps and clinics as a Medical Director.

Casinelli is a board-certified athletic trainer who is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and the Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers Society. He is certified in the M1 Graston technique, CPR/AED certified and is also licensed by the State of New Hampshire.
