Tony Wallis

Tony Wallis is in his 10th season as the head coach of the Saint Anselm women's soccer program in 2016, after serving two years previously as an assistant coach for the Hawks from 2005-06.

Wallis is the longest-tenured women's soccer coach in program history, while his 59 wins also top the Saint Anselm charts. His 2014 team recorded a 2-0 win over top-ranked Saint Rose and was ranked ninth in the postseason National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) East Region rankings. His team has also been among the top-three teams on campus in GPA each year.

Wallis brought more than 25 years of coaching experience with him to the Hilltop. He worked with the Raymond (N.H.) High School varsity girls and boys programs from 1994-2004, including serving as the girls head coach in 2000-01. He was also a New Hampshire ODP staff head coach for seven years.

In addition, Wallis coached the Seacoast United youth teams for 10 years and was also the WPSL head coach in 2013. He was a coach for the 2004 U15 Seacoast United Super Y National Champions and took a U16 Seacoast team to the Region 1 Finals in 2008. He was also named the New Hampshire Youth Coach of the Year in 2000.

He is an active member of the NSCAA.

Wallis lives in New Hampshire with his wife, Kathy. They have five adult sons and daughters.
