Syerah Mulhern-Allred is in her first year as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Saint Anselm College.

Mulhern-Allred joins the Hawks after earning her Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Merrimack College in 2024.

Before joining Saint Anselm, Mulhern-Allred served as a Graduate Fellow at Bentley University, where she was responsible for training swim and high school girls’ lacrosse teams. She also played a significant role in preparing football athletes for the NFL Combine and contributed to the strength and conditioning programs for Bentley’s baseball, lacrosse, and cross-country teams.

Mulhern-Allred’s professional experience also includes a summer internship with the Minnesota Twins, where she led workouts for return-to-play athletes, assisted with team workouts, and managed the daily maintenance of the weight room and equipment.

Additionally, she completed an internship at Winona State University, where she supported strength and conditioning efforts across multiple sports, including baseball, football, track & field, and women's soccer.

A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with additional certifications in USAW Level 1 and First Aid/CPR/AED, Mulhern-Allred brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to athlete development. Her expertise in cutting-edge technologies such as Freelap, Hawkins, VALD, Swift, GymAware, Vertec, and Jump Mat Technology further enhances her ability to optimize athletic performance for Hawks student-athletes.

A native of Madison, Wis., Mulhern-Allred currently resides in Manchester.
