Sullivan Maley enters his first season as Offensive Line and Specialists Coach for the Saint Anselm College football program in 2026.

Maley arrives on the Hilltop after serving as an assistant football coach at Lincoln University (Pa.), where he worked primarily with the Lions' specialists while assisting in defensive operations and recruiting. In his role, he coached kickers, punters, and snappers, managed video operations, and assisted with the coaching of the defensive line.

Prior to Lincoln, Maley spent the 2025 season at Florida A&M University as a quality control assistant and assistant defensive line coach. Working alongside the Rattlers' defensive staff, he assisted with defensive line development, conducted individual drills during practices, prepared opponent personnel reports, and contributed to gameday defensive operations.

Maley graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. A Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholar, he completed his degree in three years while contributing to multiple campus media organizations, including USC Annenberg Media, Annenberg TV News, and Talk of Troy. His football-related work included serving as Head Scout for Talk of Troy, covering the NFL Scouting Combine, Shrine Bowl, and Senior Bowl while leading scouting and football writing initiatives.

A native of Bradenton, Florida, Maley earned a Master of Science in Sports Management from Florida State University in 2025 after receiving recognition as a Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Graduate Scholar. While at Florida State, he completed coursework in athlete recruitment and sports analytics and gained experience with Division I athletic programs through internship opportunities.
